Working principle:
The dusty gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, or enters the filter bag chamber through the open flange. The dusty gas passes through the filter bag and is filtered into the clean air chamber.Then it is discharged by the fan through the clean air exhaust port. The dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and continues to increase, causing the resistance of the pulse bag dust collector to continue to rise. In order to ensure that the equipment resistance does not exceed 1200Pa and the bag dust collector can continue to work, the dust on the filter bag needs to be removed regularly.Dust cleaning is achieved by the program controller timing and sequentially starting the pulse valve, so that the compressed air (0.5-0.7MPa) in the bag is ejected from the injection hole (called primary air) through the venturi tube to induce the surrounding air (called secondary air) several times the flash air into the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand rapidly in an instant, and the dust is shaken off with the reverse action of the airflow to achieve the purpose of cleaning.

4. The upper bag extraction method is adopted. When changing bags, the dirty bag is put into the ash hopper at the bottom of the box after the skeleton is extracted and taken out from the manhole, which improves the bag changing operation conditions.
