Introduction:

The air duct production line 5 is composed of feeding rack, leveling and beading, hydraulic punching pointed mouth and punching square mouth, hydraulic shearing machine, displacement joint angle locking machine, manipulator grabbing positioning feeding platform, double linkage common plate flange machine and double linkage single bone forming machine, servo feeding platform, TDF hydraulic folding machine. The electrical control part is controlled by computer. Bending servo feeding. Accurate positioning. Especially when processing "mouth" type pipes. Guarantee bending accuracy. The maximum feeding speed is 16 m/min, and the length error is (+0.5 mm). The line can process TDF common plate flange and angle iron flange two kinds of air pipes, and the exchange is simple and fast.

The machine features small area, linear processing, high production efficiency, and can manufacture small cross-section "mouth" type air ducts. Common-plate flanged air ducts with minimum cross-section processing up to 200×200 can be manufactured.
