AAC brick production line Introduction

AAC brick production line: efficient drying method

The autoclave body and cover are made of 16MnR steel plate, the body flange and cover flange are made of 16Mn integral forging, and ultrasonic non-destructive testing is carried out one by one. AAC brick Basic process flow of production line

1. Raw material handling process

(1) According to the silicon content, add water to grind fly ash or sand into slurry.

(2) Slurry storage tank, tank volume is selected according to the output of raw materials

(3) The lime is crushed by jaw crusher, and the dry ball mill enters the powdered lime silo.

(4) Slurry + lime powder + cement + aluminum powder, respectively measured and mixed

Fly ash
