Installation

If installation and training are needed, RELIANCE (the seller) will dispatch a technician to the buyer’s factory abroad to assist regulating the machine with USD 200/day. Meanwhile the buyer should assist RELIANCE to get the Chinese technician’s visa and should pay for the roundtrip air ticket and the local accommodation.

Afterservices

In correct operation & maintaining, the machine is guaranteed for one year since commissioning at buyer factory excluding the electric elements. Electric elements (mostly international famous brand) guaranteed time according to their respective supplier;
After 1 year, the Seller will sell spare parts to the Buyer at factory cost. The Seller will provide some common consumable spare parts with the main shipment.
