Hard biscuit

Hard biscuits are a large category of products. The pattern on the surface of the biscuits is flat and concave. The surface is smooth, crisp and refreshing, and has a light fragrance. Under the same weight, its volume is generally larger than that of coarse biscuits and crisp biscuits.

Soft biscuit

Soft biscuits are made of low-gluten wheat flour as the main raw material. A type of biscuits with a crispy texture and a lot of fat and sugar. This kind of biscuit is in the dough preparation process. Less gluten is formed. The dough lacks extensibility and elasticity. Has good plasticity and stickiness. The product is crispy and fragile.

Sandwich biscuit

Add cream, chocolate liquid and other fillings between two biscuits of the same shape and size to make the biscuits taste better.

The dough after mixing will transfer into the hopper,the dough will through the roll sheeting and forming by rotary cutter, then biscuit dough piece will separated go to nest step.

Soft biscuit forming machine

The soft biscuit forming way are different with hard biscuit,there is a hopper above the roller.the dough will go thought the rotary molder,the biscuit formed and then go to next process.
