Control cabinet dustproof and anti-corrosion, man-machine operation panel, standarrd wiring structure, the whole machine is high integrated, can be installed according to demand PWM control and special industrial air conditioning, to achieve perfect cutting.The lightweight three-dimensional special anti-collision cutting head can realize the precision cutting of three-dimensional metal thermal forming parts or special-shaped pipe fitting space curve track using modular design, high spatial freedom, flexible adjustment.

1.The cooling system is cooled by water at room temperature to ensure the stable and efficient cutting process to avoid damage to laser and cutting head and improve cutting quality.

2.The blowing system blows away the molten metal slag of cutting, accelerates the cutting penetration, ensures the cutting quality (smooth edge) and prevents lens pollution. Nitrogen, air and oxygen gases can be separately controlled.

3.The anti-collision protection device has the function of collision buffer and ensures that the cutting head will not fall off. In case of collision, the signal will be automatically disconnected and trigger the emergency stop of the equipment to avoid injury to the operator and the cutting head and prevent false alarms.

4.Three-dimensional fiber cutting head structure is light and exquisite, simple and accurate adjustment of special three-dimensional nozzle, incision is more neat and smooth, complex special-shaped (corner) cutting more efficient and accurate.According to customer pipe fittings can develop different types of linkage or collaborative position-changer and supporting fixture can achieve precise and efficient cutting of different materials, shapes and sizes of special-shaped pipes
