HOW DOES THE MVR WORKS

①Feeding: The solution comes out of the raw material tank, and the feedtemperature is close to the evaporation temperature through the preheater, and ispumped into the evaporation unit by the feed pump for evaporation andconcentration.
② The material enters the forced circulation evaporator, reaches thesupersaturated state in the continuous cireulation concentration process, and thenenters the centrifuge for separation, and the salt crystals and mother liquor areobtained, and the qualified mother liquor is returned to the evaporator forevaporation.
③After the secondary steam passes through the vapor-liquid separator at theupper part of the evaporator, the separated secondary steam enters the compressorunit.
④The secondary steam coming out of the separator enters the MVR compressionsystem. After the secondary steam inlet temperature is 85 °C, the temperature can beraised to about 101 oC, and the compressed steam enters the forced circulationevaporator to heat the material, In the process of heating the material, this part ofthe steam with a temperature of about 101 oC condenses into water and flows to thecooling unit to exchange heat with the circulating cooling water, and the temperaturedrops to about 40 'C and discharges it out of the system.

⑤After the material enters the evaporator, it is evaporated with the steam thatrises to 101°C after compression, and the whole system reaches thermal equilibrium.

⑥The whole evaporation system is controlled by PLC software, and all the outputand input signals and the operation of the system can be completed by the supporting computer.
