Scalding is an important process for birds defeathering effect, and the quality of final products is directly influenced by the effect of scalding.
 

RANICHE Scalding Machine adopts steam heating by heat exchange method and is equipped with automatic temperature controlling system for avoiding over-scalding. It is also designed with water agitation system by air blowing and equipped with automatic water replenishing system. By means of a controlled injection of air into the water through distributed air nozzles, a consistent and powerful turbulence is achieved to form the water agitation and tumbling state and make the water temperature uniform. When the birds passes between the agitated bubbles and the water, the feathers and the body is sufficiently immersed for optimum scalding effect.

Plucker/Defeathering is another important process in the whole
poultry slaughtering flow, which has large influence in the quality of final products including carcass appearance, color, visual quality, yield and shelf life of the final products.  

RANICHE TL Series Vertical Pluckers consist of various kinds and models of different Pluckers for different parts defeathering, which can be combined in a variety of ways to meet different production capacity and processing requirements, and provide the best possible plucking result in all situations.

RANICHE TL Series Vertical Pluckers can be supplied with a fixed cabinet with either two or three rows of plucking discs on each side, or with separate plucking cabinets, which makes it simple and easy adjustment in cabinets height, width and angle, in order to get the most suitable condition for feathering removal. 

Spiral Pre-chiller is specifically designed to immerse carcass in cold water or ice water for a certain amount of time for carcass chilling. The water is chilled to specified temperature by cold medium first. Then when the carcasses are moving into the Pre-chiller, the air agitating system will agitate the cold water and carcasses to get better chilling performance.
