|
Rotary kiln refers to rotary calcining kiln (commonly known as rotary kiln) and belongs to building materials equipment category. According to different processing materials, rotary kiln can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgical chemical kiln and lime kiln.
Bauxite crushing: bauxite is the additive. For making cement raw materials, bauxite is crushed by cement equipment into powder. Then bauxite particles and limestone particles together are ground into raw powder by raw mill.
Coal crushing: Coal powder is often put into cement clinker. Raw coal is crushed by cement plant then ground by cement coal mill.
Gypsum crushing: gypsum powder made by gypsum crusher and gypsum mill are put into cement clinker together with coal powder, then these cement raw materials enter into the cement mill for fine grinding.
The axial movement of cylinder body is flexible and controllable
The kiln barrel is welded by high-quality steel coil, it is supported on the bearing device of the 2~7 retaining plain bearing by the belt. Mechanical or hydraulic gear is equipped in one or several gear support devices, so customer can control the axial movement of the cylinder flexibly.
The cylinder feeding side (tail) and discharging side (head) are equipped with a reliable kiln tail and kiln head sealing device. So that it can effectively prevent the cold air entering and the flue gas dust overflowing out of cylinder body.
Cement kiln is mainly used for calcination of cement clinker. It is divided into dry cement production kiln and wet cement production kiln.
Metallurgical chemical kiln is mainly used in metallurgical industry lean iron ore magnetization roasting, chromium, nickel ore oxidation roasting, high alumina bauxite mine roasting in refractory plant and clinker, aluminum hydroxide roasting in aluminum plant, chromium ore sand, chromium ore powder and other minerals roasting in chemical plant.
Lime kiln (i.e. activated lime kiln) is used for roasting active lime and light-burnt dolomite used in steel plants and ferroalloy plants.
