QQ(JelIy) candy processing line is an advanced and continuous plant for making different sizes of gelatin-type jelly candies (QQ candies). It is an ideal equipment which can produce out high quality products with the saving of both the manpower and the space occupied. This depositing line consists of jacket dissolving cooker, gear pump, storage strainer, storage tank, discharging pump, color & flavor jigger, color & flavor mixer, depositor, cooling tunnel, electric control cabinet, etc. With the sanitary structure design, on one hand it can produce one or two colors candy;on the other hand, it can automatically blend the essence pigment and fermenting liquid in accurate quantity ratio. High-degree automation ensures of stable production and saves time and labor force and occupations to serve the purpose of reducing the cost.
 

Working Process Description
Starch and water are mixed in container to get starch slurry;
Starch slurry, water, glucose syrup and sugar are mixed in the Automatic Batching Dissolution System to form mass solution and heated up to required temperature, cooked to get required sugar content;
Cooked starch syrup is conveyed to Injection Cooking Machine through pump and pipeline to be condensed and cooked into required starch sugar paste, which is to be kept in Storage Tank for the next process;
Automatic Toner Tank to get required color, flavor;
Modulated sugar paste is conveyed into Hopper of Depositor to deposited into starch mould to get starch jelly candy with various colors and shape
