The material is transported to the inner cylinder of the main machine by the feeding screw conveyor .
As the material is preheated and dried in the inner cylinder, more water vapor will be generated.
This water vapor must be discharged in time, so an exhaust gas pipe needs to be set up at the top of the feed bin, and the induced draft fan can be used to pump it to the dust removal equipment for dust collection. The high-temperature exhaust gas in the equipment heating furnace is collected and cooled by the primary dust removal equipment (cyclone dust collector) and then enters the secondary dust removal equipment (optional components)
Empty after further dust collection. The finished product materials are transported to the next cooling process through the screw conveyor at the bottom of the discharge bin for cooling treatment.
The cooled charcoal can be packaged and sold directly, or a molding machine production line can be added to make hookah charcoal and barbecue charcoal.
