Pipeline Introduction

    The poultry slaughtering line is an operating system that organically combines all the links in the poultry slaughtering process to achieve automated and continuous production.

Workflow


   
    The general process of its work is that the poultry is first stunned by the stunning machine, then enters the slaughtering and bleeding equipment, then enters the scalding pool for scalding to soften the feathers, and then enters the depilatory machine for depilation.

 

    After that, the claws are cut by a claw cutter and the internal organs are cleaned by a lung suction machine.
    
    The cleaned poultry enters the spiral precooler for precooling, and finally the cutting and forming machine cuts them according to their parts. After cutting, they are graded according to the levels set by the automatic grading scale.

    Throughout the entire process, hanging conveyor lines and conveyors are responsible for the transportation of poultry and its products between various equipment, allowing poultry slaughter to be carried out efficiently, hygienically and in a standardized manner. This has greatly improved production efficiency and ensured product quality.
