This machine is special design for metal hinge polishing, easy operation, save manpower, need only two workers, one worker put the hinge to the inlet one by one, hinges transfer to polishing position automatically, then polishing all steps idiomatically, finished products come out from the other outlet side. Production all in one time, working capacity is ten times higher compared with traditional manual polishing machine ,with speed of 1800-2000pcs per hour.

This machine is suitable for hinges in thickness 1.5-8mm, length longer than 60mm including brass hinge, stainless steel hinge,aluminum hinge, iron hinge etc. Other sizes can be customized.
