LNG PRODUCTION PLANT
Primarily using methane-rich exhausted gas to obtain LNG, and the common processes are mixed refrigerant cycle (MRC), pre-cooling, nitrogen cycle expansion, etc. Kaiyuan has successively put into operation several cryogenic separation liquefied LNG plants, in which the Qianan Yichi liquefied natural gas plant was the largest coke oven gas LNG plant in China at that time. It produces 1 million cubic meters of liquefied natural gas per day, and the methane recovery rate is as high as 99.5%.
