Brief introduction:
Conveyor line is the general name of assembly line equipment used in the transportation of materials and products in production. Conveyor lines play an important role in modern industrial production, and have applications in food, electronic product packaging, chemicals, home appliance assembly, automobile manufacturing and other industries.
Conveyor line refers to material handling machinery that continuously conveys materials on a certain line, also known as assembly line. The conveying line can carry out horizontal, inclined and vertical conveying, and it can also form a spatial conveying line. The conveying line is generally fixed. The conveyor has a large conveying capacity and a long conveying distance, and it can also complete several technological operations at the same time during the conveying process, so it is widely used.
Mechanical automatic conveying equipment is mainly divided into two categories: overhead conveying and ground conveying.
Overhead conveyor includes: ordinary hanging conveyor, double-chain hanging conveyor, light-duty overhead conveyor, power and free(P/F) conveyor, hoist conveyor, etc.
Ground conveying includes: reverse P/F conveyor, skid conveyor, tank chain conveyor, ordinary ground conveyor, etc.
According to the conveying technology and process, it can be divided into ordinary type and power and free type.
The ordinary type can realize the movement of the workpiece, realize the turning, lifting and process speed according to the technological requirements; The power and free type can realize the complicated technological process such as automatic stacking, unloading and resetting of workpieces according to different needs.
According to the lifting capacity of the overhead conveyor, it can be divided into light type and heavy type.
Single-point lifting weights within the range of 0-100KG are classified as light-duty suspension conveyors; single-point lifting weights within the range of 100-1000KG are classified as light-duty suspension conveyors. Heavy-duty suspension conveyor.
1. General overhead conveyor
The general overhead conveyor (or ordinary overhead conveyor) adopts I-steel track section, and its traction component is composed of stamping easy disassembly chain or die forging easy disassembly chain and sliding frame, and the bearing spreader is directly connected with the sliding frame on the traction chain.
2. Power and free conveyor
The push type conveyor is a double-layer track. The traction components on the upper traction track are not connected with the load-bearing trolley carrying lifting appliances on the lower load-bearing track, but are driven by the push rod or four-wheel push hook on the traction components.
The push type overhead conveyor with accumulation and release function is called power and free overhead conveyor.
3. Light load overhead conveyor
The light load conveyor (or closed track overhead conveyor) adopts a closed rail track section, and its traction component is a double twisted chain with rollers in both directions, and the load-bearing spreader is connected with multiple hinged chains through various forms of booms.
Drive device is top-drive with caterpillar chain, speed governing motor drive the planetary cycloid reducer and then the roller chain drive the main driving axle of the caterpillar chain. Motor and reducer are installed in a floating frame, floating frame mounted on the main transmission shaft. Tensioning device has two forms generally; one is the spring tension device, md another is counter weighted tension. Spring tension is commonly used in the length of transmission line not more than 100 meters, and little change in the ambient temperature. Counter weighted tensioning is used in a chain with long line, and larger tension of chain, larger elastic deformation of chain, greater change of ambient temperature, and larger changes of chain length due to thermal expansion, such as the line run through the drying room, steam room and so on.
The notable feature of heavy weight tensioning is that it has a self-compensate for tightening force. The weight of heavy weight should be selected based on the calculation.

4. Medium-duty overhead conveyor

6. Drag type conveyor—trolley
