Clayton 3D CNC automatic right-handed (clockwise) pipe bender has a high rigid mechanical structure design and precision process level in line with the principle of dynamic mechanics. With both structural strength, the simple design of the curved hand and the bending head provides the largest pipe bending space and minimizes the interference range of the machine.

With the automatic program control system, it can ensure that the difficult bending work of all types of steel tubes can easily meet the dual requirements of mass production and high precision.

The powerful auxiliary type is a high-order model specially developed for high-tech bending technology. Its special feeding seat mechanism, together with the patented variable speed structure, is used to forcefully push bending pipe fittings directly. In combination with the function of accurate computer automatic tracking of bending speed, it can easily perform bending under extreme conditions that ordinary standard models cannot reach, such as extremely small bending radius Thin pipe fittings or heavy pipe fittings (it is required to meet the industrial standard of wall thickness reduction rate).

Multi layer die design can be installed with three different radii (small tubes can achieve the highest five layers) for automatic die change for bending work.
