1. Sturdy and durable: The production line is designed with a compact structure, high degree of automation, and the stainless steel material is durable.

2. Conveyor belt adjustment: The conveyor belt speed is adjustable, and it can automatically correct deviation and tension.

3. Automation of dough mixer: Pneumatic cover, stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, adjustable mixing time, automatic stop, can turn over the cylinder to discharge dough, with buffer blocks to prevent collision.

4. Water and oil filling: The dough mixer can be connected to an automatic water and oil filling machine to save manpower.

7. Quick demoulding: The rubber roller and cylinder automatically move up and down, and demoulding, cleaning and maintenance are convenient.

8. High-efficiency tunnel oven: high-density perlite lining, aluminum-plated furnace, stainless steel shell, low energy consumption, good insulation, multiple observation ports, hot air circulation, uniform temperature, automatic temperature control, and real-time data display.

9. Safety design: The hair roller at the end of the furnace cleans the waste, and the product is automatically pulled out to prevent fire when the power is off.

10. Efficient oil spraying: the centrifugal disk sprays oil evenly, the oil mist collector is environmentally friendly, the turbine worm adjusts the tightness of the mesh belt, and the oil tank can be heated by water.

11. Oil filter recovery: The production line is equipped with an oil filter to recover excess oil and reduce costs.
 

12. Flexible biscuit sorter: the height of the cake opening and the track width are adjustable, and the scraper under the belt and the material receiving box clean the waste.
