MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF OUR SLITTER REWINDERS:

1) Our slitting rewinding machine 2 Blade System: Razor Blade and Circle Blade. Even you only pay razor blade system, but we will leave the parts and space for circle blade system. In this case, you can use the circle blade system when you buy the circle blade and shaft.

2) We use the friction slipping shafts, the accuracy of the friction shaft will be higher. The friction shaft is an upgraded version of the air shaft, which is specially developed to overcome the shortcomings of the air shaft. When the friction shaft is slitting and rewinding materials, the separate friction ring on the friction shaft will adjust itself according to the tension of each roll of material, and the friction ring will friction with the shaft center to finally eliminate the tension and achieve stable rewinding.

3) Our film cutting machine Real Max Speed: We promise the slitter can work at 500m/min speed, it means it can works at 500m/min.
